Muncy is an historic town nestled in the beautiful upper Susquehanna Valley. Muncy is located along the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in North Central Pennsylvania in Lycoming County. It was founded in 1797 and incorporated as a borough in 1826.

Muncy Boro Council is seeking a individual to serve on the Shade Tree commission.  Contact the boro office if interested.  546-3952

Water invoices for the 4th quarter of 2014 were mailed out January 9th with a due date of Feb 10th.

Prescription drug drop off box available at the Borough office during business hours.

Newspaper and magazine recycling. Borough office parking lot. 1st and 3rd weekend of each month.
